I am Nicola Swankie.  A curious Scot and Advertising professional.  Living in Sydney via some time in Glasgow and London.

I started this blog because I became fascinated in how the social web could effect us emotionally.   I liked watching how using and interacting in social networks seemed to have the power to make us happier people.   I wrote about it in one of my first posts.

Now, I write about all kinds of things.  Mostly stories about things that make me or others happy, or just observations that I find interesting about what we share online about life or how technology is changing how we do things.
